Kinda delirious right now...

Rainn Wilson has some swagger on his twitter account (100k+ followers will definitely give that to ya!). We've had something around 12,000 visitors in less than 6 hours and...well, we decided to re-open pre-orders because we can't suppress the demand anymore. (Hopefully satisfied this recent explosion emails - haha)

And as an update for the previous orders, if you ordered before the Feb 22nd cut-off, all of those shirts are in mail. A few of you gave us bad addresses, and we'll be contacting you shortly.

We've got a secret....

We've got a little secret.

So the past week has been crazy, and I really apologize for not posting sooner! We had such an amazing response with our first shirt that we've decided to go ahead to print. As we speak, the blank shirts are being shipped to our printer. This means, if you already ordered, you will get your shirt much earlier than we anticipated. If you have not ordered yet because you're trying to get others to share the shipping costs, don't worry! We over-ordered - and if we happen to run out of the extras, don't worry about anything...we'll take care of you and make sure you get the shirt.

However, we have another tiny surprise.

Our next shirt is on it's way, so make sure you check the site and blog soon.... We have a feeling that the shirt will disappear verrrry quickly. A teaser is coming....

T-shirts Around The Internet

Got another post about us this morning. Kat over at T-shirts Around the Internet made a great post.

Kat is really active in the t-shirt community, so she's always up-to-date with what's happening - check it out! She does some great write-ups.

What a day...

It all started out like a normal day, but little did we know that there was a storm brewing....

First, we received a great review from Karl Long over at www.tcritic.com. He gave us an awesome slot at the top of his page - it looks sweet, so check it out ASAP because you never know when it'll leave that position.

Second, Uncrate picked up our story. With just a real brief blurb about us, we immediately had hundreds of hits. I can't link to the exact post, but if you go now - you may be able to catch it. It will probably be on the front page for 2-3 days.

A fun stat...today we had a 95.89% increase in our total traffic. That means, we nearly doubled our traffic in one day!

T-shirt Blogs Continue to give Doubletake some Shout Outs!

Wow - we are definitely feeling the snowball effect! We are getting shout outs from places we never knew existed....

However, that is NOT the case with Troundup. Colin of Troundup has been off the hook for a long while (one of the better organized and designed blogs in the t-shirt world).

It definitely helped that Craig actually sent an email to Troundup right before Colin was mobilizing to review "Bears, Beets, Battlestar..." What can I say? Craig is the man.

Colin also mentioned the EXACT point we were trying to make here with "Bears, Beets, Battlestar..." by mentioning how "Bears, Beets, Battlestar..." "goes deeper than an obvious reference" and "something only a true fan would pick up".
